How does your warranty work?
We will replace your item for free if any of the following occur

- broken chain,
- broken clasp,
To submit a warranty claim proof of purchase is required, you must have the following
- order number
- store receipt or email confirmation
- certificate of authenticity
Note: If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer a replacement. No exceptions can be made.
