Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and payment details, collected when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact us. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, device information, access times, and the pages you view. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To take, process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
  • To provide customer service and handle returns and warranty claims
  • To operate, secure and improve the site
  • To send marketing emails where you have asked to receive them, and to stop when you ask us to
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

How we share it

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the business:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf — payment processing, order fulfilment and delivery, email, analytics and hosting. They may use your data only to perform that work for us.
  • Carriers, who receive the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.
  • Legal and regulatory bodies, where we are required to disclose information by law.
  • A successor business, if the company is sold or merged.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Discretion

Order confirmations and shipping notifications are worded so that nothing in the subject line or the body describes what you bought. Parcels carry no branding and contain no invoice or packing slip.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its sale — we do not sell personal information. Retention

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing preferences until you withdraw them.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
