Shipping policy

Discretion, properly. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. The label shows a sender name with no reference to Imperia or what's inside. Your bank statement will show Imperia LLC, not a product name. Nobody in your building, household, or bank knows what you ordered. That's the point.

Timing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our US warehouse. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free.

If something goes wrong. Wrong address entered at checkout? Email us immediately — we can usually catch it before dispatch, but not after. Tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived? Give it 24 hours (carriers mark early), then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
