How does your warranty work?

We will replace your item for free if any of the following occur

• fading,
• broken chain,
• broken clasp,

To submit a warranty claim proof of purchase is required, you must have the following 

• order number
• store receipt or email confirmation
• certificate of authenticity

Note: If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer a replacement. No exceptions can be made.

Returns:

1. Free Returns: Customers are eligible for free returns within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in its original, unworn condition, and accompanied by the original undamaged packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. They will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds:

2. Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
