This is a stimulating gel rather than a lubricant — it is applied in small amounts, and a lubricant still does the work of gliding.

For external use only, in small amounts. Start with less than you think and wait before adding more — menthol builds.

Test a little on the inner wrist first if you have not used a stimulating gel before.

Store at room temperature with the cap closed, out of direct sunlight.
