Use plenty of water-based lubricant; silicone lubricant degrades a silicone surface over time. Anal tissue does not self-lubricate, so more is better and slower is better.

The flared base is what makes a plug safe to wear — never use anything anally without one.

Wash with warm water and a mild cleanser after each use, and keep it to that use.
